DESIGN BRIEF

American Style was what Bel-air Subdivision design standard for all homeowner’s houses are requiring. So, the Architect considered this and made sure the proposed design will be approved by the Subdivision’s administration. The Architect modernized the style through simple lines, corner windows and glass but made sure all finishes specifically required are implemented. All standards on setbacks, finishes, height, etc. were all carefully kept in mind throughout the design process.
