DESIGN BRIEF

The Owner has a residential lot with an area of 7,993 square meters, he wanted to build a two-storey house at the north-west part of the lot with the following spaces: Living, Dining, Kitchen, Common Toilet, Playroom, Master Bedroom with walk-in-closet and Toilet & Bath, Study Room, Mini Gym—at Second Floor; and 3 Bedrooms, Common Toilet, Living, Dining, Kitchen, Laundry Room, Maid’s Room with Toilet and Storage—at Ground Floor. Currently, part of the lot is being used as Garage-working area, but the Owner, aside from wanting to build a house, also would like to develop the remaining lot as a farm for sustainable living.

Architect’s proposed design is Contemporary, Semi-minimalist—which is the Owner’s personal reference, containing all spaces/areas.
