DESIGN BRIEF

The Owner would like their existing house with an area of approximately 165 square meters, remodeled & refurbished and they gave the Architect full freedom to suggest a design that will suit their needs. The house condition was in its finishing stage (painting, flooring, ceiling, etc.) but was left years of neglect. Upon inspection, the Architect suggested some demolition and other major construction to be done for a better house flow. Architect recognized the lack of air, light & plants, too tight spaces and façade lack of character. Façade concept is Asian-contemporary.
